It is a great honor and privilege to be chosen to represent your community at the South Dakota Snow Queen Festival in January!  Below you will find everything you need to get yourself prepared.

Important Information

Weekend Details

This document contains various information needed for the weekend such as a tentative schedule, wardrobe suggestions, and other guidelines.

Hotel Reservation Information

This document will provide you all the information you need if you wish to stay at the Best Western Ramkota during your daughter's Snow Queen Festival weekend.  Reservations needs to be made by December 6th.

Basket Raffle Information

Each girl will be required to bring

a basket for our Basket Raffle during the banquet.  See the Basket Raffle Information for

more info and examples.

Paperwork that needs to be returned

Please follow the steps below to complete your paperwork:

1. Click each button to see the corresponding paperwork.

​2. Download the PDF to your desktop.  Fill it out completely.​

4. To save it, click the Print button and choose "Save as PDF" this will allow you to save to your computer.

5. Email back to correct email address.

Release Forms

The Information Release Form needs to be signed by both the Queen and her parent/guardian.

The Photo Release Form needs to be signed by the owner of the photograh.

Coronation & Banquet

This form is where you will

purchase  pre-sale coronation tickets and banquet tickets for your candidate's family.

Items that can be purchased

Floral & Candy Bouquets

There are a few locations in Aberdeen that sell floral bouquets, candy bouquets, or just special items that can be delivered to your Queen during her weekend in Aberdeen.

Snow Queen Apparel

The South Dakota Snow Queen Festival works with Geffdog in Aberdeen to provide Festival Apparel each year.  Make sure to check out the apparel store to get your Snow Queen Gear.
